Responsibilities
- Full cycleAccounts Receivable, Payable and Payroll
- Banking,including statement reconciliation and resolution of outstanding items
- Month endreporting, balance sheet and income statements
- Receiver Generaland GST remittances
- Provide supportwith year end procedures as required
- Liaise withclients, vendors, Auditors, External Accountants as appropriate
- Otherresponsibilities as required
Requirements
- Accounting Diploma or higher
- 5 or more years of full cycle Accounting experience, preferably in construction, and with project accounting skills real estate experience an asset
- Advanced MS Office and Simply Accounting skills a must
- Proactive professional, with a can do attitude, willing to learn, and take on additional responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently
- Team player, willing to grow with the role, flexible, reliable
